• Founder of Todd’s Realty Vietnam in 2011.

Experience

• Established and effectively run officially-appointed agency firm to work with Vinhomes, Keppel Land, Frasers Centrepoint, Mappletree with big pool of residential project nationwide since 2014.
• Previously, Mr.Thanh run the Tenant Strategies team at Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam, whose major client accounts across Vietnam, including Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Samsung, HSBC Vietnam and also Ericsson in Phnom Penh.

Qualification

• Master of Business Administration, University of Houston Clear Lake, Houston, Texas.

Overview:

• With a strong background in Human Resources, Administrative and Operations, Ms. Thuy applied her experiences and the leadership skills to lead the team forward for the growth of corporate business at Todd’s Realty.

Experience:

• Prior to Todd’s Realty, Ms. Thuy had 5 years experience working as Group HR Manager for Odyssea Hospitality, a well-known management company in chains of Liberty Central Hotel brand, 2 years experience working in a Construction & Real Estate Company and more than 7 years in other fields.
• 6 years experience in Operating works at Todds Realty
• With 20 years experience in relevant works, Ms. Thuy has a depth of knowledge in management. She also proved her detailed-orientation and well-organized skill impressively in supervising her team to gain spectacular results.

• Lead the leasing team in completing project acquisitions and project marketing.

Account Manager, Cushman and Wakefield Vietnam

• Managed a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering workplace consulting services across Vietnam and the Indochina region, including office and data center locations.
• Expanded the client base to over 30+ key accounts within two years, securing partnerships with global corporations such as IBM, Abbott Laboratories, Chevron, WPP, Oracle, Pfizer, and 3M.

• Lien holds a Master of Science in Finance and an MBA from Seattle University, US.

• Managed The Galleria building chain, co-working spaces of approx. 15,000sqm square meter of office space.
• Successfully leased over 30,000 square meter of space to major firms across Vietnam, including Timo, Sunlife, Yeah 1, Goldsun, AKA BoConcept, Galaxy Group, CP Group, SOA Trading, Inspectorio, InCorp, TradeLink, etc.
• Established and effectively cooperated with approx. 200 agencies and 20 sub-agency firms.

Account Manager – Tenant Rep, Todd’s Realty Vietnam

• Managed a portfolio of over 1 million square meter of office space
• Officially appointed as lead/key agency to work with Viettel, Keppel Lands, An Phong, HIU, SSG, Kova Group, etc.
• Specialized in representing tenants in the commercial real estate market.
• Developed a large pool of experience through managing big & global accounts in Vietnam, including PVDrilling, Phat Dat Group, Elements, Workcharming, Yeah 1 Group, Next Story Group, Pan Pacific, Seedcom, Aeon Group, Kafnu, etc.
