Office Leasing Agent

Job description

  • Achieving the targets in KPI’s.
  • Keeping in touch and developing relationships with tenants/developers.
  • Establishing the best services in role of real estate agent.
  • Supporting the team leader in managing and ensuring the timeline of projects.
  • Ensuring the role of the mega-agent.
  • Coordinating closely with other departments of TR in the aim of ensuring the highest surplus of the company.
  • Coordinating with the representative of clients to ensuring the transaction go smoothly in case of problems occur.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Major in Sales and Marketing).
  • Ability to build and expand relationships.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Confident, out-going and well presented.
  • Passion to working in real estate industry.
  • Computer literacy with good MS Office, Excel and PPT skills.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, office/apartment or retail for lease.
